Voor een internationaal gerenommeerd bedrijf gespecialiseerd in hoogwaardige staalconstructies zijn wij op zoek naar een Ploegbaas Schilderafdeling. Je komt terecht in een technisch hoogstaande omgeving waar gewerkt wordt aan complexe projecten zoals bruggen, hoogbouw, industriële constructies en architectonische staalwerken.

Jouw functie

Als ploegbaas ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en opvolgen van de schilder- en stralersafdeling. Je zorgt ervoor dat de werken veilig, efficiënt en kwalitatief uitgevoerd worden.

  • Aansturen van een team van stralers en schilders (±10 medewerkers)
  • Bewaken van planning, rendement en kwaliteit
  • Opvolgen en verbeteren van werkprocessen en efficiëntie
  • Beheren van materialen, grondstoffen en werkinfrastructuur
  • Toezien op orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkvloer
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op uitgevoerde werken
  • Rapporteren aan de verantwoordelijke conservering en transport

  • Je hebt leidinggevende capaciteiten en een sterke persoonlijkheid
  • Je werkt praktisch, nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht
  • Je bent stressbestendig en flexibel ingesteld
  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond of opleiding
  • Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie of sector is een pluspunt
