Taken en verantwoordelijkheden als PLOEGBAAS SCHOONMAAK NL/FR:

  • Je start de dag met het ontvangen van opdrachten en instructies van de klant en vertaalt deze helder naar je team.
  • Je werkt zelf actief mee en motiveert je team om samen kwalitatief werk af te leveren.
  • Je verdeelt de taken, volgt de uitvoering op en zorgt voor een positieve en aangename werksfeer.
  • Je controleert het uitgevoerde werk: kwaliteit, volledigheid, hygiëne en veiligheid.
  • Je voert kwaliteits- en veiligheidscontroles uit op materiaal, machines en stock.
  • Je controleert het werk technisch en zorgt voor de correcte toekenning van prestatiecodes.
  • Je ziet toe op het juiste gebruik van kleurcodes, materialen en procedures.
  • Je beheert en onderhoudt planningen in Excel en stemt af met het team en de leidinggevenden.
  • Je volgt de administratieve gegevens op: urenregistratie, rapportering en documentatie.
  • Je controleert stock, materiaal en de noden van de werf.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor operationele vragen over methodes, kwaliteit en opvolging.
  • Je bouwt een goede samenwerking op met de klant en draagt bij aan de klanttevredenheid.
  • Je analyseert werkmethodes, detecteert afwijkingen en stelt verbeteringen voor.

  • Je werkt analytisch, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en vlot met Excel en digitale tools.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en kan kwaliteitsstandaarden bewaken.
  • Je staat stevig in je schoenen en kan duidelijke feedback geven.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen de schoonmaak- of industriële sector.
  • Je hebt een VCA, je kan werken op hoogte en werken in besloten ruimtes.
  • Je bent klantgericht, professioneel en communicatief.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en spreekt ook Frans.
  • Veiligheid is voor jou een vanzelfsprekende prioriteit.
