Ben jij een Workshop Foreman met een passie voor techniek en leidinggeven? Zoek je een uitdagende voltijdse functie waar je jouw vaardigheden kunt benutten? Dan hebben wij de ideale kans voor jou!

Wat ga je doen?

  • Voer je preventief onderhoud en herstellingen uit aan intern transportmateriaal?
  • Ben je in staat om een team techniekers aan te sturen en te begeleiden?
  • Heb je ervaring met het stellen van diagnoses en het vervangen of bijbestellen van onderdelen?

Als Workshop Foreman ondersteun je de Workshop Manager in het aansturen van techniekers en besteed je minimaal 50% van je tijd aan productiewerkzaamheden. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het testen en afregelen van kwaliteit en veiligheid van herstelde machines en registreert de uitgevoerde werken voor een vlotte communicatie met planning en klanten. Je zorgt ook voor een nette en veilige werkplaatsomgeving.

Jij bent de ideale kandidaat als je:

  • Een technische achtergrond hebt in elektromechanica, elektronica, (auto)mechanica of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Een praktische, hands-on mentaliteit en technisch inzicht hebt.
  • Leidinggevende skills bezit en in staat bent om een team te motiveren.
  • Probleemoplossend en zorgvuldig werkt.
  • Een teamspeler bent met goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Een rijbewijs B hebt.
