Heb jij de ervaring om een team aan te sturen en de vakkennis om tuiprojecten tot een goed einde te brengen? Voor ons bedrijf in Wetteren zoeken we een gedreven Ploegbaas die niet alleen groene vingers heeft, maar ook vlot manoeuvreert met een vrachtwagen.

Jouw Rol als Kapitein op de Werf

Als ploegbaas ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de werf. Je stuurt een team van 1 tot 3 tuinarbeiders aan en zorgt dat de planning efficiënt verloopt.

  • Leidinggeven: Je motiveert je collega's, deelt de taken uit en ziet toe op de kwaliteit van het geleverde werk.
  • Logistiek Meesterschap: Met je rijbewijs C ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het transport van zware machines en materialen naar de verschillende werven in de regio.
  • Projectopvolging: Je leest plannen, denkt mee over oplossingen op de werf en communiceert rechtstreeks met de zaakvoerder en de klant.
  • Expertise: Je voert zelf de complexere taken uit (zoals precisiemaatwerk in aanleg of specifieke snoeiwerken) en leidt minder ervaren gasten op.

Profiel

  • Ervaring: Je hebt minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in de sector en bent klaar voor een trekkersrol.
  • Rijbewijs C: Een absolute must voor het besturen van onze vrachtwagen.
  • Leiderschap: Je bent communicatief sterk, kunt mensen enthousiasmeren en bewaart het overzicht, ook als de planning uitloopt.
  • Oplossingsgericht: Je ziet problemen op de werf voordat ze ontstaan en grijpt proactief in.
  • Lokaal engagement: Je bent bij voorkeur woonachtig in de regio Wetteren.
