Vanuit onze afdeling Permanent Placement zoeken we een ploegbaas tuinaanleg voor een direct vast contract bij een jong en ambitieus familiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in exclusieve buitenprojecten.

Heb jij de ambitie om mee te bouwen aan de meest exclusieve tuin- en zwembadprojecten van de regio? Vanuit onze afdeling Permanent Placement bieden wij jou een onmiddellijke vaste aanstelling als ploegbaas bij een energiek familiebedrijf. In deze rol ben jij de centrale spilfiguur op de werf en draag je de operationele verantwoordelijkheid over een team van vakmensen. Je regisseert residentiele projecten van de eerste grondwerken tot de finale, verfijnde afwerking. Je combineert jouw technische expertise met een motiverende leiderschapsstijl om resultaten van topkwaliteit neer te zetten. Een ideale uitdaging voor een ervaren professional die houdt van afwisseling, korte communicatielijnen en de vrijheid om echt vakmanschap te tonen.

  • Je beschikt over minstens 3 jaar relevante praktijkervaring in de sector van tuinaanleg of infrastructuurwerken.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke leider met een positieve instelling die van aanpakken weet en zijn team weet te inspireren.
  • Je werkt uiterst punctueel, bent flexibel ingesteld en draagt klantvriendelijkheid hoog in het vaandel.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B; een rijbewijs C (vrachtwagen) wordt als een zeer sterke troef beschouwd.
  • Je hebt een scherp oog voor detail en streeft bij elk project naar een resultaat waar je zelf trots op kunt zijn.
  • Regisseren van het volledige proces op de werf, van de initiele grond- en funderingswerken tot de esthetische beplantingen.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor de vakkundige aanleg van rioleringen, geavanceerde afwateringssystemen en infrastructurele werken.
  • Coordineren en uitvoeren van hoogwaardige verhardingen, zoals de aanleg van exclusieve terrassen, paden en opritten.
  • Aansturen en coachen van een team van circa drie medewerkers, waarbij je toeziet op een efficiente planning en een veilige werkomgeving.
  • Fungeren als het aanspreekpunt op de werf voor zowel de zaakvoerder als de klant, met een constante focus op kwaliteit en detail.
