  • Dagelijks aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van je vaste ploeg medewerkers.
  • Actief meewerken op de werf en het goede voorbeeld geven.
  • Lezen en interpreteren van plannen en uitvoeren van opmetingen.
  • Uitzetten van niveaus en referentiepunten volgens de plannen.
  • Bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit en voortgang van de werkzaamheden.
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van werkvergunningen en werfadministratie.
  • Communicatie onderhouden met werfleiding en opdrachtgever op het terrein.
  • Instaan voor correct gebruik en basisonderhoud van werfvoertuig, machines en gereedschap.
  • Je bent een praktische leider die overzicht bewaart, ook bij verhoogde werkdruk.
  • Je hebt ruime ervaring in wegenbouw of grondwerken.
  • Je beschikt over sterk technisch inzicht en kan zelfstandig plannen uitvoeren.
  • Je hebt al eerder een ploeg aangestuurd of voelt je klaar om die verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
  • Je communiceert helder en werkt gestructureerd.
  • Je denkt vooruit, neemt initiatief en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent fysiek in goede conditie en hebt geen probleem met buitenwerk.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B (rijbewijs BE is een pluspunt).
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands, omwille van veiligheidsredenen.
