  • Je bereidt de opstart van een nieuw project voor op basis van het werfdossier uitgewerkt door de projectleider
  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse coördinatie, opvolging en bijsturing van de ploeg tijdens de realisatie van het project
  • Je past consequent de arbeidsvoorschriften en veiligheidsvereisten toe
  • Je plant alles nauwkeurig in en organiseert de leveringen volgens verloop van de werken
  • Je bent communicatief sterk
  • Je werkt mee met je team
  • Je bent het aansprekingspunt voor onze opdrachtgevers en soms ook voor buurtbewoners
  • Je rapporteert de activiteiten conform het dagboek der werken
  • Je draagt de afgewerkte werf over aan de verantwoordelijke
  • Je beheert het materieel/materiaal

Als ploegbaas wegenbouw stuur je een ploeg aan van 2 tot 5 personen.

  • Funderingen, geulen, sluisbeddingen controleren
  • De aanvoer van leveringen, materieel en bouwmateriaal controleren
  • De activiteiten van het personeel plannen en de werkposten verdelen
  • De inplanting en beveiliging van de werf en opslagzones bepalen
  • De werf, de planning, de bouwwijze en de voorschriften aan de betrokkenen voorstellen
  • Plannen en organiseren
  • Mensen motiveren en inspireren
  • Resultaatgericht werken in een team
  • Aandacht voor kwaliteit
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring als ploegbaas in de wegenwerken achter de rug
  • VCA-attest of bereid dit te behalen
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands
