Als ploegbaas combineer je meewerken op de werf met het aansturen van je ploeg. Je zorgt ervoor dat het werk veilig, correct en volgens planning verloopt.

  • Je stuurt een vaste ploeg wegenbouwers aan en begeleidt hen dagelijks.
  • Je werkt zelf mee aan wegenis-, riolerings- en/of grondwerken.
  • Je zorgt voor een goede planning en opvolging van de werken op de werf.
  • Je houdt toezicht op veiligheid, kwaliteit en orde.
  • Je waakt over het correct gebruik van machines, materiaal en signalisatie.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de vacature van ploegbaas wegenbouw zoeken we iemand die verantwoordelijkheid neemt en graag samenwerkt met zijn ploeg.

  • Je hebt ervaring in wegenbouw, infrastructuur of grondwerken.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van mensen of bent klaar voor die rol.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B.
  • Je hebt een VCA-attest (of bent bereid dit snel te behalen).
