Jobomschrijving

Als ploegbaas in Bornem coördineer je de dagelijkse wegenis- en rioleringswerken op de werf en bewaak je de voortgang.

  • Je stuurt je ploeg aan op de werf, motiveert collega’s en verdeelt de taken.
  • Je organiseert de dagelijkse werkzaamheden rond wegenis- en rioleringswerken en zorgt voor een efficiënte inzet van mensen en materiaal.
  • Je werkt actief mee op de werf waar nodig en ondersteunt bij de uitvoering van de werken.
  • Je geeft werkinstructies, leest plannen en past deze correct toe tijdens de uitvoering.
  • Je controleert de uitgevoerde werken op kwaliteit en veiligheid en bewaakt orde en netheid op de werf.
  • Je lost praktische problemen op, stuurt bij waar nodig en rapporteert aan de werfleider; je communiceert met de klant en andere partners op de werf.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Ervaring als ploegbaas of in een leidinggevende functie binnen de bouwsector is een pluspunt.
  • Grondige kennis van wegenis- en/of rioleringswerken.
  • Je kan goed plannen, organiseren en motiveren
  • Je werkt resultaatgericht en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid
  • Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en communicatief sterk
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid. Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B (C is een pluspunt).
  • ben je in het bezit van een VCA dan is dit een pluspunt, anders heb je de mogelijkheid om deze via ons te behalen.
