Als meewerkend ploegbaas ben je zowel uitvoerend als sturend actief op de werf. Je werkt mee met je ploeg en zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden vlot, veilig en volgens plan verlopen.

  • Aansturen van je ploeg: Je motiveert je team, verdeelt de taken en zorgt voor een goede samenwerking.
  • Plannen lezen en opmetingen uitvoeren: Je interpreteert technische plannen en zet de nodige metingen correct uit op het terrein.
  • Kwaliteit en planning bewaken: Je volgt de voortgang van de werken op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Veiligheid en administratie: Je zorgt ervoor dat de nodige werkvergunningen in orde zijn en dat de veiligheidsvoorschriften worden nageleefd.
  • Communicatie op de werf: Je stemt regelmatig af met de werfleider en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Materiaalbeheer: Je gaat zorgvuldig om met machines, gereedschap en je camionette en zorgt ervoor dat alles goed onderhouden blijft.

We zoeken een ervaren vakman die verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen en zijn ploeg op een positieve manier kan aansturen.

  • Je hebt ervaring in de wegenbouw en beschikt over de nodige vakkennis.
  • Je kan een team aansturen en werkt graag samen met collega's.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt vlot Nederlands.
  • Je bent fysiek in goede conditie en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je denkt vooruit, neemt initiatief en zoekt oplossingen.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B. Een rijbewijs BE is een pluspunt.
