Voor onze gewaardeerde klant in regio Brecht zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gedreven Ploegbaas Wegenwerken.

Wat ga je doen? (Jouw dag op de werf)

Als ploegbaas ben jij de spilfiguur op de werf. Jij bent de kapitein die het schip — of beter gezegd: het team en de machines — in goede banen leidt!

  • Sturen en inspireren: Je leidt een gemotiveerde ploeg van wegenbouwers en grondwerkers. Jij zorgt voor de juiste dynamiek, goeie sfeer en topresultaten.
  • Handen uit de mouwen: Je staat niet enkel toe te kijken, maar werkt zelf actief mee op de werf (rioleringen, bestrating, grondverzet, asfaltwerken).
  • Organisatie & Veiligheid: Je bewaakt de planning, volgt de veiligheidsvoorschriften (VCA) strikt op en zorgt dat het werk op-en-top wordt opgeleverd.
  • Aanspreekpunt: Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de werfleider, onderaannemers en je eigen team.

Wie zoeken we? (Jouw profiel)

Bij Vivaldis kijken we naar de mens achter het cv. Ervaring is belangrijk, maar jouw instelling en goesting geven de doorslag!

  • Ervaring: Je hebt reeds een mooie ervaring opgebouwd in de wegenbouw/infrastructuur én je hebt de ambitie (of ervaring) om een team te sturen.
  • Rijbewijs: Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B (BE of C is een absolute plus!).
  • Leiderschap: Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan op een heldere, respectvolle en meeslepende manier communiceren met je team.
  • Veiligheid & Kwaliteit: Veilig werken staat bij jou op nummer 1. Je bent bij voorkeur in het bezit van een VCA-attest (of bereid dit snel te behalen).
  • Mentaliteit: Je bent een aanpakker met een positieve 'can-do' mentaliteit. Regen of zonneschijn? Jij maakt er een topdag van!
