The posting

Voor een stabiel en groeiend familiebedrijf in de prefab betonsector zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren ploegchef die een team kan aansturen én actief wil meebouwen aan de verdere professionalisering van de productie.

Als ploegchef stuur je een team van ongeveer 15 medewerkers aan. Je bent dagelijks aanwezig op de werkvloer en zorgt ervoor dat productie, kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie goed verlopen.

Dit is een nieuwe functie binnen de organisatie. Je komt dus terecht in een omgeving waarin nog veel ruimte is om structuur, processen en werkafspraken verder uit te bouwen.

  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van een team van ±15 medewerkers
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer
  • Organiseren van de personeelsbezetting in functie van de productie
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid, orde en efficiëntie
  • Medewerkers aanspreken en bijsturen waar nodig
  • Zelf meehelpen op de werkvloer wanneer nodig, bijvoorbeeld bij ontkisten, wapenen, gieten en het ombouwen van mallen
  • Technische problemen detecteren, analyseren en waar mogelijk zelf oplossen
  • Kleine technische storingen opvolgen en grotere problemen doorgeven aan de onderhoudsdienst
  • Meedenken over structurele oplossingen en verbeteringen
  • Actief bijdragen aan een veilige, nette en georganiseerde werkomgeving
  • Meehelpen om duidelijke werkafspraken en structuur binnen de productie uit te bouwen

Werkuren

Je werkt in een wisselend 2-ploegenstelsel:

  • Week 1: 05u00 – 13u30
  • Week 2: 13u00 – 21u30

Functie-eisen

We zoeken iemand die mensen kan leiden, technisch inzicht heeft en verantwoordelijkheid durft nemen.

  • Minimaal 3 jaar leidinggevende ervaring binnen een productieomgeving
  • Technisch diploma mechanica, elektromechanica of een gelijkaardige richting, of een sterke technische achtergrond door werkervaring
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van medewerkers op de werkvloer
  • Je staat stevig in je schoenen en beschikt over maturiteit en natuurlijke autoriteit
  • Je durft beslissingen nemen en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken zonder voortdurend ondersteuning nodig te hebben
  • Hands-on ingesteld en graag aanwezig op de werkvloer
  • Sterk technisch inzicht en probleemoplossend vermogen
  • Leergierig en geïnteresseerd in productieprocessen en techniek
  • Je neemt initiatief en ziet mogelijkheden om processen te verbeteren
  • Ervaring met het verbeteren of structureren van productieprocessen is een pluspunt
  • Frans is de voertaal binnen de productie
