Als ploegchef ben jij dé spilfiguur binnen de productie. Je stelt de extrusielijn correct in, zorgt voor een vlotte opstart van de machines en bewaakt voortdurend de kwaliteit van het eindproduct. Je houdt alles nauwlettend in het oog, stelt parameters bij waar nodig en grijpt in bij afwijkingen. Je neemt initiatief en denkt proactief mee over het productieproces en de afwerking van het product.

Op een doorsnee werkdag start je met het controleren van de machines en de nodige parameters. Je volgt het volledige proces op, van grondstoffen tot verpakking. Je meet regelmatig de kwaliteit, voert controles uit op inkten, lakken en pigmenten en registreert alles in het ERP-systeem. Je communiceert vlot met je team, motiveert hen en stuurt bij indien nodig. Je werkt zelf actief mee en hebt oog voor detail en veiligheid.
