Voor een gespecialiseerde onderneming, in hun niche, gaan we op zoek naar een ervaren en gedreven ploegchef.

Een paar jaar geleden blies dit groeiend bedrijf 20 kaarsjes uit. Wat begon als een klein, familiaal bedrijf groeide uit tot een wereldspeler met vestigingen in meer dan 15 landen en bezit op vandaag 420 gemotiveerde werknemers. Ondanks de groei blijft dit bedrijf vasthouden aan enkele belangrijke waarden: ownership, respect, passie en evolutie. Hierdoor bleven ze doorheen de jaren het familiaal karakter op de vloer behouden, wat op vandaag resulteert in kwalitatieve en ervaren collega's. Daarnaast kunnen we ook spreken over een financieel sterke onderneming. Hun machinepark is hypermodern en hoogtechnologisch, wat voortvloeit uit hun continue investeringen doorheen de jaren.

Om de groei verder te ondersteunen, zoeken wij een gemotiveerde ploegchef.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een optimaal en efficiënt verloop van het productieproces
  • Je staat in voor de taakverdeling en houdt technisch toezicht op de werknemers
  • Uitvoeren van controles inzake het productieproces zodat de vooropgestelde kwaliteit kan behouden worden
  • Meehelpen aan het operationeel onderhoud van het machinepark
  • Je hecht veel belang aan orde en netheid op de werkvloer
  • Je wordt tewerkgesteld tijdens de vaste nacht van 21u tot 5u
  • Je bent perfect Franstalig & spreekt vlot Nederlands omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Je hebt een goed technisch gevoel en handelt resultaatgericht
