Ben jij iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt, een team kan aansturen én op zoek is naar een vaste job met toekomst?

Als ploegchef leer je eerst alles over het vak via een praktische opleiding op de werkvloer. Je ontdekt hoe je brandcompartimentering uitvoert: van leidingen afdichten tot omkastingen en voegen plaatsen. Daarna neem je het roer in handen en stuur je je eigen ploeg aan.

Wat doe je allemaal?

  • Je leidt een team op verschillende werven in goede banen.
  • Je zorgt dat de werken proper, veilig en volgens afspraak verlopen.
  • Je vult alles makkelijk in via een app (je krijgt uitleg, no worries).
  • Je overlegt met collega’s van planning en werfleiding.
  • Je zorgt voor orde en netheid op de werkplaats én in je camionette.
