Je komt terecht bij een groeiend bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in brandcompartimentering en brandveiligheid. De projecten bevinden zich bij klanten verspreid over de Benelux en Frankrijk. Omdat het bedrijf sterk blijft groeien, zoeken ze iemand die op termijn een ploeg kan opnemen en mee verantwoordelijkheid wil dragen op de werf. Je krijgt daarbij de nodige opleiding en begeleiding. Je hoeft dus niet alles al te kennen: jouw bouwervaring, verantwoordelijkheidszin en goesting om te groeien zijn belangrijker.Je werkt in een omgeving waar veiligheid, teamwork en kwaliteit centraal staan. Collega's helpen elkaar vooruit en er is ruimte om initiatief te nemen.

Jobomschrijving

Je start met een uitgebreide opleiding waarin je de technieken van brandcompartimentering en de manier van werken op de werf leert kennen.Daarna neem je de leiding over je eigen ploeg en zorg je samen voor een veilige, kwalitatieve en nette uitvoering.Je werkt mee aan verschillende brandwerende toepassingen, zoals het afdichten van doorvoeringen, plaatsen van omkastingen en brandwerende voegen.Je organiseert het werk op de werf, verdeelt de taken en houdt contact met de werfleiding, planning en klant.Je registreert de uitgevoerde werken digitaal via een handige app en houdt samen met je ploeg het materiaal en de camionette netjes.

Je hebt ervaring binnen de bouwsector en beschikt over een goed technisch inzicht.Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt vooruit en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.Je hebt al ervaring met het aansturen van collega's, of voelt dat je klaar bent om hierin de volgende stap te zetten.Je kan mensen motiveren, duidelijk communiceren en behoudt het overzicht wanneer er veel tegelijk gebeurt.Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B, bent flexibel naar verplaatsingen en hebt vooral veel goesting om bij te leren.
