Voor een vooruitstrevend recyclagebedrijf in de regio Ledegem zoeken we een ploegchef productie met een sterk oog voor verantwoordelijkheid, teamwork en resultaat.

Als ploegchef speel jij een sleutelrol op de werkvloer. Jij bent degene die jouw equipe motiveert, coördineert en ondersteunt, zodat alles vlot én veilig verloopt. Je houdt de productie draaiende, denkt mee over verbeteringen en zorgt dat je team elke dag met goesting aan de slag gaat.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als ploegchef ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een team bestaande uit 5 productiemedewerkers, dit met enthousiasme en zorg voor een positieve, motiverende sfeer op de werkvloer
  • Je draait mee aan de machines, helpt storingen oplossen en denkt mee over technische verbeteringen om het proces nóg beter te maken
  • Je bent een meewerkend leider die collega’s ondersteunt, bijstuurt en inspringt wanneer dat nodig is
  • Dankzij jouw oog voor organisatie verloopt de productie soepel en efficiënt, en stuur je tijdig bij waar nodig
  • Je krijgt energie van het aansturen en motiveren van mensen en combineert dat met een hands-on, oplossingsgerichte mindset
  • Een technische achtergrond en ervaring met procesinstallaties vormen de ideale basis om in deze rol uit te blinken
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans (spreken volstaat), werkt nauwkeurig en veilig, en weet orde en milieuzorg hoog te houden
  • Ervaring met een bulldozer is daarbij mooi meegenomen
