Voor een bedrijf in Aalter, gaan we op zoek naar een ploegchef elektricien.

Onze nieuwe collega ploegchef elektricien staat in voor volgend takenpakket:

  • Je stuurt een team van een 3tal medewerkers elektricien aan en kan de juiste instructies geven en hen motiveren en aansturen
  • Je bent zelf een elektricien in hart en nieren en het vak elektriciteit kent geen geheimen voor jou. Je kan technische storingen ook vinden en oplossen.
  • Je stelt schriftelijke rapporten op naar de zaakvoerders
  • Residentiële elektrische installaties bij projecten zoals NMBS-gebouwen, scholen, assistentieflats,..

Profiel

Wat hopen we terug te vinden in onze nieuwe collega ploegchef elektriciteit?

  • Vanzelfsprekend heb je een zeer goede technische achtergrond met name elektriciteit, beveiligingssystemen, datanetwerken, glasvezelbekabeling en domotica
  • We mikken op iemand met minimum 2 jaar ervaring in het aansturen van een team. Bij voorkeur kan je een stabiel werkverleden voorleggen.
  • Je bent flexibel naar werkuren toe en kan perfect zelfstandig werken, zowel in team
  • Een zeer goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B. Indien je een BE-rijbewijs hebt, dan is dit een plus. Mocht je het rijbewijs BE niet hebben, dan wil het bedrijf na een bepaalde periode dit voor jou bekostigen.
  • Bij voorkeur ben je woonachtig in de regio van Aalter, dit aangezien de werven voornamelijk in Oost- en West- Vlaanderen zijn.

Wat kan onze nieuwe collega ploegchef elektricien van ons verwachten?

  • Vast contract na een positieve inloopperiode. Zeg je een vast contract op, dan is onmiddellijk een vast contract bespreekbaar.
  • Je start iedere dag om 7u. Er worden vaak overuren gedaan die uitbetaald worden. Je bouwt jaarlijks 12 ADV-dagen op bovenop de 20 wettelijke vakantiedagen.
  • Aantrekkelijk loon in categorie D. Dit wordt bepaald volgens jouw ervaring en kennis. Na 1 jaar in dienst én positieve evaluatie voorziet het bedrijf nog extralegale voordelen
  • Je komt terecht in een KMO met een zeer aangename mentaliteit en een open communicatie.
  • Het bedrijf heeft 7 elektriciens in dienst die één voor één daar al zeer lang werken omwille van de sfeer, goede verloning en zelfstandigheid. Stabiliteit? Check!
