Als Meewerkend Chef Afwerking, Ploegchef Afwerking of Teamleider Afwerking ben je verantwoordelijk voor de laatste fase van het productieproces.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Aansturen en begeleiden van een team van 4 à 5 medewerkers
  • Actief meewerken binnen de afwerkingsploeg
  • Controleren van houten onderdelen die uit de productie komen
  • Opsporen van fouten en uitvoeren van herstellingen of bijwerkingen
  • Vernissen en afwerken van houten constructies
  • Controleren van het juiste product en aantal lagen
  • Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen en montageplannen
  • Controleren van metalen verbindingen en bevestigingsmaterialen
  • Klaarzetten van afgewerkte stukken voor transport
  • Samenstellen van pakketten volgens leveringsbon en afroepvolgorde
  • Organiseren van een veilige laad- en loszone
  • Superviseren van het laden van vrachtwagens met de rolbrug
  • Controleren of alle onderdelen correct en volledig meegaan op transport

e zoeken een Meewerkend Chef Afwerking, Ploegchef, Teamleider, Afwerkingsverantwoordelijke of Werkplaatsverantwoordelijke die:

  • Ervaring heeft binnen houtbewerking, productie, schrijnwerk of afwerking
  • Technisch inzicht heeft
  • Technische tekeningen en plannen kan lezen
  • Nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht werkt
  • Graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt
  • Collega's kan begeleiden en aansturen
  • Praktisch en oplossingsgericht ingesteld is
  • Zelf graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt
  • Goed kan organiseren en prioriteiten kan stellen
  • Communicatief en collegiaal is
  • Veiligheid belangrijk vindt
