Ben jij een geboren leider met een passie voor techniek en metaalbewerking?

Wil je deel uitmaken van een hecht team binnen een familiaal bedrijf dat al meer dan 30 jaar topkwaliteit levert aan de voedingsindustrie? Dan is deze functie als ploegchef jou op het lijf geschreven!

Als ploegchef ben jij de spilfiguur in de slijperij en zorg je ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Jij combineert technische knowhow met natuurlijk leiderschap:

Leidinggevende taken

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische en operationele vragen.
  • Je stuurt een klein team van operators en chauffeurs aan.
  • Je coacht en motiveert je team om dagelijks topresultaten te behalen.
  • Je waakt over de kwaliteit, veiligheid en orde binnen de werkplaats.
  • Je werkt actief samen met collega’s om de productieprocessen te optimaliseren.

Technische taken

  • Je slijpt en onderhoudt messen die gebruikt worden in de voedingsindustrie.
  • Je inspecteert messen op slijtage en controleert nauwkeurig de kwaliteit.
  • Je voert steekproeven uit om de afgeleverde kwaliteit te garanderen.
  • Je onderhoudt de slijpmachines en voert waar nodig herstellingen uit.
  • Je zorgt mee voor een veilige, nette en efficiënte werkplek.

PROFIEL Jouw profiel

  • Je bent een natuurlijke leider met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je hebt een technische aanleg en werkt graag met machines.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, resultaatgericht en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je houdt van structuur en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Ervaring met slijptechnieken is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste – we leren het je graag aan!
