Wat houdt de job in?

  • Organiseren en bewaken van de productieplanning voor holle betonwanden
  • Aansturen en ondersteunen van een team van circa 12 medewerkers
  • Zorgen voor de opleiding, motivatie en evaluatie van het team inclusief feedbackgesprekken
  • In geval van nood, zelf ingrijpen en uitvoeren van eerste lijn herstellingen
  • Samenwerken met de plantmanager om de efficiëntie en productiviteit van de lijn te optimaliseren
  • Je beschikt over eerste ervaring als leidinggevende in een productieomgeving of je bent op basis van ervaring klaar om deze stap te maken
  • Een geboren teamplayer, motivator en coach
  • Vloeiend Nederlands spreken is een must, maar je kan jezelf bij voorkeur ook uitdrukken in het Frans
