FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING Voor een diepvries groenten bedrijf regio Ardooie, zoeken wij een ploegchef (operator) menginstallatie! De ploegchef (operator) van onze menginstallatie is verantwoordelijk voor het mengen van verschillende soorten groenten, dit door de machines op de meest correcte en efficiënte manier in te stellen.

Je staat in voor de opstart, controle, bijsturing en reiniging van de volledige menginstallatie. Binnen jouw ploeg valt dit volledig onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid.

Je leert de machine volledig aan en bent verantwoordelijk het in- en afstellen ervan, ook de eerstelijnsstoringen neem je voor je rekening.

Je zorgt voor een optimale uitvoering van de mengopdrachten binnen de vooropgestelde planning.

Je stuurt 3 medewerkers (2 heftruckchauffeur en 1 productiemedewerker) aan en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt binnen jouw ploeg.

Je helpt zelf actief mee waar nodig.

Je werkt in een tweeploegenstelsel (5u30-13u30 en 13u30-21u30).

PROFIEL Je hebt een diploma secundair onderwijs (ASO/TSO) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Je durft verantwoordelijkheid opnemen, bent een teamplayer, neemt initiatief en je kan zelfstandig werken.

Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal en je kan vlot communiceren binnen je ploeg.

Je hebt ervaring met de heftruck zodat je kan inspringen waar nodig.

Je hebt ervaring in een productieomgeving.

Leidinggevende ervaring is geen must, maar wel een pluspunt.

Je bent flexibel naar uren toe.
