Onze klant behoort tot de wereldtop in de productie van diepgevroren aardappelproducten voor private labels. Vanuit moderne productievestigingen worden dagelijks miljoenen producten verwerkt voor klanten over de hele wereld. Innovatie, kwaliteit en een sterk productieapparaat vormen de basis van hun succes.

Een productie draait maar zo goed als het team dat erachter staat. Daarom zoeken we een ploegchef die graag mensen aanstuurt, het overzicht bewaart en ervoor zorgt dat alles veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning verloopt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je stuurt een team van operatoren aan en zorgt voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking.
  • Je organiseert de bezetting van de ploeg en voorziet oplossingen bij afwezigheden.
  • Je volgt het productieproces op en grijpt in wanneer nodig.
  • Je ziet erop toe dat de kwaliteits- en veiligheidsvoorschriften correct worden nageleefd.
  • Je gebruikt machines, materialen en medewerkers zo efficiënt mogelijk.
  • Je motiveert jouw team en zorgt voor een goede samenwerking op de werkvloer.
  • Je bent de schakel tussen de operatoren en het management.
  • Je detecteert problemen op de productielijn en zorgt ervoor dat deze snel worden opgelost.
  • Je denkt mee na over verbeteringen om de productie nog efficiënter te laten verlopen.
  • Je behaalde een bachelor of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving is belangrijk. Ervaring in de voedingssector is een plus.
  • Je bent een geboren people manager die mensen weet te motiveren en aan te sturen.
  • Je neemt initiatief en durft beslissingen te nemen.
  • Werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel past perfect bij jou.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands of Frans.
