The posting

Leiding nemen op de vloer, niet van achter een bureau.

  • Je stuurt een productieafdeling aan waar tempo, techniek en teamwork samenkomen.
  • Dit is geen coördinerende rol vanop afstand. Jij staat mee op de vloer en houdt alles draaiende.
  • Als ploegchef ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie binnen een productieomgeving gericht op verspaning en lasersnijden.
  • Je dag start met de planning. Je zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren en dat de productie vlot loopt.
  • Je volgt het proces op, stuurt bij waar nodig en houdt een scherp oog op kwaliteit en rendement. OEE is voor jou geen buzzwoord, maar iets dat je effectief opvolgt.
  • Je team bestaat uit een 20-tal mensen. Jij zorgt dat ze weten waar ze aan toe zijn, motiveert hen en grijpt in als het nodig is.
  • Daarnaast bewaak je veiligheid en orde op de werkvloer.
  • Geen theorie, maar effectief toepassen.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de technische verantwoordelijke

Wat heb je nodig om hier te staan:

  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving, idealiter verspaning (draaien/frezen)
  • Ervaring met CNC-machines is een sterke plus
  • Je hebt al leiding genomen of voelt dat je er klaar voor bent
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en denkt in oplossingen
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet mensen mee te krijgen
  • Je blijft rustig onder druk en houdt overzicht
  • Je spreekt goed Frans en kan je behelpen in het Nederlands

Diploma is mooi meegenomen, maar ervaring en maturiteit wegen hier zwaarder.
