Na een grondige opleiding, waarin je de productieprocessen en -taken leert kennen, neem je de leiding over en ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

Coördinatie en controle – Je zorgt ervoor dat de productiemachines en -lijnen vlot draaien en dat de eindproducten voldoen aan de kwaliteits- en hygiënenormen. Efficiëntie en optimalisatie – Je werkt voortdurend aan een hoger rendement en een efficiënte productie tegen de beste kostprijs. Leiding en motivatie – Je stuurt een team van medewerkers aan, zorgt voor een veilige werkomgeving en houdt de communicatie helder en motiverend.

Voor de functie van heb je minimaal een TSO diploma, bij voorkeur in een technische richting, of ben je gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Daarnaast zoeken we iemand met de volgende kwaliteiten:

  • Probleemoplossend: Je bent vaardig in het opvolgen en sturen van diverse taken en opdrachten die zich tijdens het productieproces kunnen voordoen.
