Als Ploegchef Productie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van jouw team en het vlot verloop van de productie. Je combineert leidinggeven, organiseren en hands-on meewerken op de werkvloer.

Je takenpakket:

  • Aansturen van een team van ±20 productiemedewerkers;
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van de productieplanning;
  • Actief meewerken in de productie waar nodig;
  • Motiveren en coachen van medewerkers;
  • Geven van feedback en begeleiden van nieuwe collega’s;
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie;
  • Zorgen voor een goede samenwerking binnen het team;
  • Signaleren van verbeterpunten en meedenken over optimalisaties;
  • Samenwerken met productiecoördinator en mentoren.
  • Ervaring als teamleader / ploegchef / leidinggevende in productie;
  • Sterke leiderschaps- en communicatievaardigheden;
  • Hands-on ingesteld en praktisch meewerkend;
  • Je bent motiverend en resultaatgericht;
  • Je hebt inzicht in productieprocessen en optimalisatie;
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en Frans;
  • Je werkt graag in een dagregime.
