Voor een gerenommeerd bedrijf in de chemische sector, gevestigd in Waregem gaan we op zoek naar een Ploegverantwoordelijke die bereid is om in 2 poegen een team van productiearbeiders aan te sturen.

Jobomschrijving

Als Ploegchef Productie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en leiden van de productieactiviteiten in een 2 ploegenstelsel. Je werkt nauw samen met het productieteam en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Productiemanager. Jouw taken omvatten onder meer:

  • Het aansturen, motiveren en coachen van een team van productiemedewerkers om productiedoelstellingen te behalen.
  • Toezicht houden op de productieprocessen om te zorgen voor een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatieve productie.
  • Het opstellen van werkroosters en het coördineren van werkzaamheden om een vlotte productie te waarborgen.
  • Het naleven van de geldende veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen en het implementeren van verbeteringen waar nodig.
  • Het oplossen van operationele problemen en het nemen van preventieve maatregelen om storingen te minimaliseren.
  • Het verzorgen van rapportages en het bijdragen aan verbeteringsinitiatieven binnen de productieafdeling.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur binnen de chemische industrie.
  • Leidinggevende ervaring is een pluspunt, waarbij je bewezen hebt een team te kunnen motiveren en te sturen naar gezamenlijke doelen.
  • Je bent bekend met kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, hands-on en in staat om onder druk te presteren.
  • Kennis van SAP of andere productiesystemen is een troef.
