Dan ben jij de ploegchef die wij zoeken! Onze klant is een kwaliteitsvolle producent van prefab betonproducten en levert aan klanten in België, Nederland, Duitsland en Frankrijk.

Om de verdere groei te ondersteunen zoeken we een ploegchef die niet alleen een ploeg kan aansturen, maar ook mee wil bouwen aan de productieorganisatie van morgen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je geeft leiding aan een team van een 15-tal medewerkers binnen de productieafdeling.
  • Dagelijks ben je aanwezig op de werkvloer, kent je mensen, je houdt het overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat productie, kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie op punt staan.
  • Jouw rol gaat verder dan klassiek leidinggeven. Je bent een meewerkende ploegchef die problemen ziet, beslissingen durft nemen en actief zoekt naar oplosingen.
  • Je sprint zelf bij waar nodig: ontkisten, wapenen, gieten, ombouwen van mallen,..
  • Je detecteert problemen en knelpunten en neemt initiatief waar nodig.
  • Je volgt kleine technische storingen op en probeert deze eerst zelf te begrijpen en op te lossen.
  • Je werkt samen met de onderhoudsdienst bij grotere technische problemen.

We zoeken iemand die mensen kan leiden, technisch kan meedenken én verantwoordelijkheid durft nemen.

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur minimaal 3 jaar leidinggevende ervaring binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Een technisch diploma mechanica, elektromechanica of een gelijkaardige richting, of een sterke technische achtergrond door werkervaring.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van medewerkers op de werkvloer.
  • Een sterke persoonlijkheid met ruggengraat en maturiteit.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en staat graag tussen de mensen op de werkvloer.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en bent sterk in probleemoplossend denken.
  • Je krijgt energie van een groeiend familiebedrijf waarin nog veel gebouwd en verbeterd wordt.
  • De voertaal binnen de productie is Frans.
  • Je werkt in een wisselend 2-ploegenstelsel (werkuren: 5u tot 13u30 en 13u tot 21u30).
