Voor een moderne productieomgeving zoeken we een ploegchef productie of verpakking die een team kan aansturen, overzicht bewaart en energie krijgt van een productie die goed draait.

Je combineert techniek, organisatie en people skills in een functie waar je echt impact hebt op jouw ploeg en productieflow.

Functieomschrijving

Als ploegchef ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een productieafdeling of geautomatiseerde verpakkingslijn binnen een moderne voedingsomgeving.

Je stuurt een ploeg van ongeveer 10 tot 15 medewerkers aan en zorgt ervoor dat productie en verpakking efficiënt, veilig en volgens planning verlopen.

Een typische werkdag?

Je start machines en lijnen op, voert controles uit en stuurt bij waar nodig. Je volgt productieopdrachten op, bewaakt de planning en zorgt ervoor dat jouw ploeg optimaal bezet blijft.

Binnen verpakking stel je machines in via schermen, los je kleine storingen op en zorg je ervoor dat de lijn correct gereinigd wordt. Ondertussen blijf je aanspreekpunt voor jouw team en spring je zelf mee in waar nodig.

Daarnaast denk je actief mee over verbeteringen op de werkvloer en neem je initiatief wanneer processen efficiënter kunnen verlopen.

Je werkt in een 2 ploegenstelsel:

  • 5u30 tot 13u30
  • 13u30 tot 21u30

Geen puur leidinggevende bureaujob dus. Wel een meewerkende functie met verantwoordelijkheid en afwisseling.

  • Diploma secundair onderwijs of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring binnen productie of verpakking is een plus
  • Ervaring met leidinggeven is mooi meegenomen
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en initiatief nemen
  • Teamplayer met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Goede kennis Nederlands
  • Heftruckervaring is een pluspunt
  • Flexibel ingesteld naar uren en productieomgeving
  • Bereid om mee te werken op de werkvloer

Een goeie ploegchef geeft instructies. Een sterke ploegchef houdt tegelijk productie, mensen én sfeer draaiende. Dat verschil zoeken ze hier.
