Voor een toonaangevende en gespecialiseerde speler binnen zijn niche zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde ploegchef in dagregime.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Verantwoordelijk voor een optimaal en efficiënt verloop van het productieproces
  • Je staat in voor de taakverdeling en houdt technisch toezicht op de werknemers
  • Uitvoeren van voortdurend controles inzake het productieproces zodat de vooropgestelde kwaliteit kan behouden worden
  • Je helpt mee aan het operationeel onderhoud van het machinepark
  • Orde en netheid op de werkvloer draag je hoog in het vaandel
