Ervaring in productie of verpakking en klaar om een ploeg aan te sturen in vaste nacht?

Dan kan dit een stevige volgende stap zijn.

Voor een internationale voedingsproducent regio Ardooie zoeken we een meewerkend ploegchef verpakking voor de vaste nachtploeg. Je stuurt een team aan, bewaakt de planning en zorgt ervoor dat de verpakkingslijnen efficiënt blijven draaien.

Functieomschrijving

Als ploegchef verpakking heb je de controle over een geautomatiseerde verpakkingslijn en stuur je een team van 10 tot 15 medewerkers aan.

Je combineert techniek, organisatie en people management op de werkvloer.

Je takenpakket:

  • Machines instellen via bedieningsschermen
  • Verpakkingslijnen opstarten, controleren en reinigen
  • Storingen analyseren en oplossen
  • Verpakkingsplanning opvolgen en bijsturen
  • Ploeg aansturen en ondersteunen waar nodig
  • Meehelpen op de werkvloer tijdens drukke momenten
  • Bezetting organiseren binnen de ploeg
  • Kwaliteit, veiligheid en rendement bewaken
  • Optimalisaties voorstellen en uitwerken
  • Aanspreekpunt zijn binnen de nachtploeg

Je werkt in vaste nacht van maandag tot vrijdag van 21u30 tot 5u30.

Geen functie waarbij je enkel opdrachten doorgeeft dus. Wel een rol waar je mee op de vloer staat en verantwoordelijkheid neemt.

  • Diploma secundair onderwijs of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Goede kennis Nederlands
  • Ervaring binnen productie of verpakking
  • Ervaring met heftruck is een plus
  • Technisch inzicht en probleemoplossend denken
  • Hands on ingesteld en graag aanwezig op de werkvloer
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en verantwoordelijkheid nemen
  • Leidinggevende ervaring is mooi meegenomen
  • Flexibel en stressbestendig
  • Sterke focus op veiligheid en kwaliteit
