Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Zorg voor dagelijkse begeleiding en coaching van je team
  • Voer regelmatig team- en coachingsgesprekken
  • Signaleer ontwikkelbehoeften en ondersteun groei van individuen
  • Zet veiligheid en kwaliteit voorop – controleer naleving van protocollen en procedures
  • Werk samen met collega-coaches, ploegbazen en de technische dienst
  • Identificeer knelpunten en draag bij aan procesverbeteringen
  • Monitor productie, kwaliteit en projectvoortgang
  • Professionele bachelor in technische richting (of gelijkwaardige werkervaring)
  • Communicatief talent: je weet je uit te drukken en luistert echt naar wat anderen zeggen
  • Empathie en inlevingsvermogen – je snapt wat mensen drijft
  • Stressbestendig en besluitvaardig: je behoudt je hoofd en pakt zaken aan
  • Oplossingsgericht mindset – problemen zijn kansen
  • People management: je weet hoe je een team motiveert en leidt
  • Affiniteit met continuous improvement – je wilt steeds beter worden
  • Materiaalkennis en productkennis
  • Hef- en laadtoestellen besturen (vereist)
  • Positieve houding: je infecteert je team met je energie en optimisme

Ervaring in productie is fijn, maar jouw mindset is waar het echt om gaat.
