Binnen een geautomatiseerde productieomgeving draait alles rond continuïteit, kwaliteit en technische betrouwbaarheid. Productielijnen moeten efficiënt draaien, storingen moeten snel worden opgelost en installaties moeten correct worden onderhouden om stilstanden tot een minimum te beperken.

De organisatie is actief binnen de voedingsindustrie en produceert volgens strikte kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en hygiënenormen. De technische dienst speelt hierbij een cruciale rol in het optimaal functioneren van het machinepark en de ondersteuning van de productieafdelingen.

Als Ploegentechnieker combineer je storingsanalyse, onderhoud en machineafstellingen binnen een moderne productieomgeving. Je werkt nauw samen met productie en krijgt de kans om je technische kennis verder uit te bouwen binnen elektromechanica en industriële productieprocessen.

Ploegentechnieker - Functieomschrijving:

  • Je lost productiestoringen efficiënt op en grijpt snel in zodat productielijnen maximaal beschikbaar blijven en stilstanden beperkt worden.
  • Je voert omstellingen, afstellingen en onderhoudswerken uit aan machines en randapparatuur en ondersteunt bij de opstart van installaties.
  • Je bewaakt kwaliteit en administratieve opvolging door interventies correct te registreren, productie vrij te geven na werkzaamheden en kwaliteitsafwijkingen te signaleren en op te lossen.

Ploegentechnieker - Profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een opleiding Elektromechanica of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante technische kennis en interesse.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van mechanische en elektrische installaties en bent gemotiveerd om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, hebt basiskennis van Engels en werkt nauwkeurig volgens kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en hygiënevoorschriften.
