Als Ploegleider ben jij de spilfiguur op de werkvloer. Je stuurt, coacht en motiveert een team van 5 tot 10 medewerkers (zoals machinebedieners, productiemedewerkers en heftruckbestuurders).

Jouw veelzijdige takenpakket valt uiteen in drie grote pijlers:

1. People Management & Coaching

  • Teamleider: Je motiveert en ondersteunt je teamleden en voert feedback- en evaluatiegesprekken.
  • Onboarding: Je zorgt voor een warm onthaal en een sterke opleiding van nieuwe collega’s.
  • Planning: Bij afwezigheden los je bezettingsproblemen vlot op.

2. Productie, Kwaliteit & Techniek

  • Rendement: Je bewaakt de productietargets en de kwaliteit van de output.
  • Technisch inzicht: Je analyseert storingen en coördineert interventies met de technische dienst.
  • Optimalisatie: Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen en test nieuwe oplossingen uit.

3. Veiligheid & Administratie

  • Safety First: Je zorgt dat alle veiligheidsprocedures strikt worden nageleefd.
  • Organisatie: Je volgt het ordersysteem administratief op en zorgt voor de interne communicatie en maandelijkse ploegvergaderingen.
  • Je bent een toegankelijke en betrokken people manager, idealiter met eerste ervaring in het aansturen van een team.
  • Je bent besluitvaardig, denkt logisch en zoekt naar creatieve oplossingen.
  • Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op.
  • Je bent vlot met Office-toepassingen.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een vaste nachtploeg, 2-ploegen of 5-ploegenstelsel.
  • Je bent inzetbaar op de sites in Desselgem of Oostrozebeke.
