Combineer je technisch inzicht met een natuurlijke manier van leidinggeven? Als ploegleider neem je de dagelijkse aansturing van een productieteam op jou. Je zorgt dat mensen weten wat er van hen verwacht wordt, houdt het productieproces in het oog en grijpt in wanneer planning, kwaliteit of techniek daarom vragen.

Wat ga je doen? Je stuurt dagelijks een ploeg van 5 tot 10 medewerkers aan, waaronder machinebedieners, productiemedewerkers en heftruckchauffeurs.

  • Je verdeelt het werk en zorgt ervoor dat je team efficiënt aan de slag kan
  • Je coacht medewerkers en geeft hen regelmatig feedback over hun functioneren
  • Nieuwe collega's vang je op en begeleid je tijdens hun opleiding
  • Bij afwezigheden of wijzigingen stuur je de personeelsplanning bij
  • Storingen volg je op in overleg met de technische dienst

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht bij een internationaal actieve producent van interieur- en bouwoplossingen. Vanuit verschillende productiesites worden onder meer vloeren, panelen en isolatiemateriaal ontwikkeld en geproduceerd. Innovatie en automatisering spelen een belangrijke rol, maar tegelijk wordt sterk geïnvesteerd in opleiding, veiligheid en verdere ontwikkeling van medewerkers.

  • Je kan vlot werken met een computer en de courante Office-toepassingen
  • Je bent bereid te werken in vaste nacht, weekend, 2-, 3- of 5-ploegen
