Je gaat werken in de levensmiddelenindustrie, in een schone productieomgeving met een innovatief productieproces. - Je krijgt veel zelfstandigheid in je functie, je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse teamplanning -i.c.m. onze productieplanner- en je geeft leiding aan ca. 15 medewerkers. - Jij maakt je sterk voor het behalen van dagelijkse productiedoelen, voor het naleven van gemaakte werkafspraken, voor onderhoud van de productiemachines en voor reinigings-activiteiten. - Jij bent het aanspreekpunt van je team; je zorgt dat het dagelijks op rolletjes loopt in de productie. - Jij houdt oog op het naleven van de bedrijfshygiënerichtlijnen en structuur. - Jij bent meedenker en medebepaler in de diverse overlegstructuren. - Je werkt in 2 ploegendienst. Wat heb je daarvoor nodig? - HBO -niveau door ervaring of opleiding (bijv. voedings-of levensmiddelentechnologie, technische bedrijfskunde). - Je vindt levensmiddelen of agrarische producten interessant - Ervaring als leidinggevende (of als operator en toe aan een volgende stap), bij voorkeur in de levensmiddelenindustrie. - Je wilt in de praktijk én resultaatgericht werken. - Je vindt het leuk om een team aan te sturen; om mensen op resultaat te motiveren en te enthousiasmeren, met inzet van empathie en humor. - Je ziet verbanden en houdt van een pragmatische aanpak. - Je bent een zelfstarter, je kunt pro-actief handelen.
