Hou je van praktisch werk, afwisseling en een job waarbij je samen met je collega's iets moois neerzet? In deze functie werk je mee aan uiteenlopende groen- en omgevingsprojecten, van groengevels en tuinen tot verhardingswerken. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid op de werf, maar vooral de ruimte om stap voor stap te groeien in je vak en binnen het team.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je werkt mee aan de aanleg van groengevels, tuinen en verschillende omgevingsprojecten.
  • Je voert samen met je collega's verhardingswerken uit, zoals klinkers, terrassen en wandelpaden.
  • Je gebruikt waar nodig machines en zorgt ervoor dat het werk op de werf vlot vooruit gaat.
  • Je signaleert problemen en denkt praktisch mee over een goede oplossing.
  • Je helpt mee om elk project netjes en kwalitatief af te werken.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht bij een innovatieve specialist in stedelijke vergroening. Het bedrijf realiseert groendaken, daktuinen, groengevels en tuin- en omgevingsprojecten met aandacht voor duurzaamheid, biodiversiteit en een aangename leefomgeving. Je werkt in een gemoedelijke omgeving waar mensen elkaar helpen en waar initiatief gewaardeerd wordt. Naarmate je groeit in je rol, kan je ook verantwoordelijkheid opnemen en een team van ongeveer 10 arbeiders mee aansturen. Daarbij draait leidinggeven vooral om samenwerken, ondersteunen en het overzicht bewaren. Je hoeft dus niet meteen de baas te spelen: een rustige aanpak en goed overleg passen hier veel beter.

  • Je werkt graag buiten en steekt met plezier de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Je hebt interesse in groen, tuinaanleg en praktische buitenwerken.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar vindt het minstens even belangrijk om samen met collega's vooruit te gaan.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt mee wanneer er iets moet worden opgelost.
  • Ervaring met machines zoals een minigraver, kniklader of wals is mooi meegenomen.
