Voor een gevestigde, familiale dakwerkspecialist, regio Deerlijk, met meer dan 90 jaar ervaring zoeken we een ploegleider dakwerken met leiderschapsambities. Je werkt mee aan uitdagende renovaties en nieuwbouwprojecten, waaronder ook karaktervolle en historische gebouwen. Geen seriewerk, maar kwalitatieve projecten waar precisie en trots centraal staan.

Je komt terecht in een stabiel team waar veiligheid, opleiding en de juiste materialen vanzelfsprekend zijn. Heb je zin om meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en een klein team aan te sturen? Dan krijg je hier de kans om elke dag mee het verschil te maken.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Uitvoeren van dakwerken op hellende daken, waaronder het plaatsen en renoveren van natuurleien, kunstleien, tegelpannen, kleidakpannen en andere kwalitatieve dakbedekkingen
  • Coördineren en aansturen van een klein team, waarbij een vlotte samenwerking, veilige werkwijze en kwalitatieve uitvoering centraal staan
  • Realiseren van isolatie-, lood- en afwerkingswerken met oog voor detail, zodat elk project tot in de puntjes wordt afgewerkt
  • Meewerken aan uiteenlopende nieuwbouw-, renovatie- en restauratieprojecten, inclusief karaktervolle en historische gebouwen waar vakmanschap het verschil maakt
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit en voortgang van de werken, proactief oplossingen aanreiken op de werf en ervoor zorgen dat projecten correct en volgens planning worden opgeleverd
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als dakwerker op hellende daken
  • Ervaring met het aansturen of begeleiden van collega's en het opnemen van verantwoordelijkheid op de werf
  • Oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en een nauwkeurige afwerking van elk project
