Onze teams zijn o.a. werkzaam op Lowlands, Mysteryland, North Sea Jazz, Down the Rabbit Hole, de Zwarte Cross, Emporium en nog veel meer! De juiste workflow Als ploegleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor jouw team en ben je hét aanspreekpunt voor de klant op de werkvloer. Je stuurt het team aan en zorgt dat er een goede en efficiënte workflow ontstaat. Je stelt je proactief op en denkt in oplossingen. Je houdt van de afwisseling. Zo bouw je met je team de ene dag een stoelenplan voor een concert in Ziggo Dome en werk je de volgende dagen als sitecrew bij de opbouw van Down The Rabbit Hole. Als ploegleider ben je de schakel tussen de werkvloer en de crewplanning op kantoor. Je vindt het een leuke uitdaging om onze nieuwe crew de basiskennis en skills bij te brengen en leert zelf ook nog graag nieuwe dingen. Vereisten Flexibel inzetbaar? Wel zo handig. Kan leiding geven?
