FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een bedrijf in Kruisem zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde ploegleider voor de lakstraat.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Coördinatie: opdrachten van de teamleader uitvoeren, de taakverdeling bewaken en collega’s bijsturen wanneer nodig.
  • Planning & flow: prioritaire orders opvolgen en ervoor zorgen dat het werk vlot door de afdeling stroomt.
  • Probleemoplossing: tekorten, technische problemen en andere moeilijkheden tijdig signaleren, escaleren en actief meedenken over oplossingen.
  • Kwaliteit: collega’s ondersteunen bij vragen over kwaliteit en lakafwerking en afwijkingen opvolgen.
  • Veiligheid & orde: toezien op veiligheidsregels, netheid en correcte werkmethodes en collega’s aanspreken bij overtredingen.
  • Teamwerking: spanningen of onduidelijkheden binnen het team signaleren aan de teamleader.
  • Ploegoverdracht: belangrijke informatie correct doorgeven aan de volgende ploeg.
  • Lakstraat opvolgen: controles uitvoeren, de werking van cabines en installaties mee bewaken en rework/overlakkers opvolgen.
  • Meewerken: het is geen pure leidinggevende functie; je werkt operationeel mee in de lakstraat, voornamelijk bij het oprekken van profielen.

PROFIEL

Wie ben je?

  • Talen: spreekt perfect Nederlands en heeft een goede kennis van Engels.
  • Hands-on: is graag actief aanwezig op de productievloer en werkt zelf mee waar nodig.
  • Natuurlijke leider: neemt initiatief, durft beslissingen te nemen en spreekt collega’s aan wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Communicatief sterk: kan duidelijk communiceren en werkt goed samen met verschillende collega’s.
  • Oplossingsgericht & stressbestendig: blijft rustig bij problemen en zoekt actief naar oplossingen.
  • Kwaliteits- en veiligheidsbewust: heeft aandacht voor correcte werkmethodes, kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Digitaal vaardig: kan vlot met digitale systemen werken; SAP-kennis is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
