Je maakt verschil doordat je bij een organisatie met maatschappelijke impact komt werken. Als ploegleider logistiek geef je leiding aan een groep van ongeveer 10 medewerkers bij de werkzaamheden in het magazijn. Samen met je collega ploegleider draag je zorg voor een goed beheer van het magazijn en voor de veiligheid op de werkvloer. Een collega vertelt: "Wat ik zo leuk vind aan mijn werk als ploegleider logistiek? De afwisseling, de verantwoordelijkheid en vooral het samenwerken met een betrokken team. Geen dag is hetzelfde. " Dit worden jouw werkzaamheden: - Het werk verdelen en instructie geven, rekening houdend met de individuele medewerker/cliënt - Zorgen dat de planning wordt gehaald. - Medewerkers stimuleren en motiveren. - Problemen in de groep aanpakken. - De werknemers- en vakvaardigheden van de medewerkers observeren. - Vaktechnische instructie en voorlichting geven. - Zorgen voor een goede inrichting van de werkplek en erop toezien dat de veiligheids- en huisregels worden nageleefd. - Signaleren van ziekteverzuim, afwezigheid en de ontwikkeling van de werknemers- en vakvaardigheden richting de praktijkopleiders. Wat vragen wij? - Het belangrijkste vinden wij dat je open, initiatiefvol, innoverend, inspirerend en enthousiast bent - Je beschikt over minimaal MBO 3/4 werk- en denkniveau, bijvoorbeeld MBO logistiek. - Je haalt je motivatie en inspiratie uit het contact met de medewerkers en collega's. - Je hebt kennis van de logistieke branche, bij voorkeur in begeleidende en/of leidinggevende rol waarbij je je kennis kunt overbrengen op medewerkers. - Je kunt een groep aansturen op productie en om duidelijke werkinstructies over te brengen. - Je hebt affiniteit met verschillende doelgroepen en diverse achtergronden. - Je werkt zorgvuldi...
