Heb jij een passie voor grootschalige staalconstructies en wil jij een technisch team aansturen op uitdagende erven?

Voor projecten in Gent Zeehaven en op werven in heel België zoeken we een ervaren of groeiende montageleider die instaat voor de coördinatie en uitvoering van complexe staalbouwprojecten.

Je bent de verbindende factor tussen atelier, werf en opdrachtgever en zorgt ervoor dat elk project veilig, efficiënt en kwalitatief wordt gerealiseerd.

Jouw opdracht:

  • Je speelt een sleutelrol in de montage van grootschalige staalbouwprojecten. Coördineren van montagewerken op diverse werven Opvolgen van staalconstructies en bruggenbouwprojecten Samenwerken met teams in atelier en op werf Waar nodig ondersteunen bij assemblage en samenbouw in het atelier
  • Plannen, organiseren en aansturen Je bewaart het overzicht over complexe projecten en zorgt voor een vlotte uitvoering. Je plant en organiseert de dagelijkse werfactiviteiten Verdeelt taken binnen het team Stuurt arbeiders en monteurs aan Bewaakt deadlines en projectdoelstellingen
  • Communicatie en stakeholder management Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op de werf. Je communiceert met opdrachtgevers, partners en inspecteurs Je lost technische of praktische problemen op Je zorgt voor duidelijke en transparante communicatie
  • Veiligheid en kwaliteit Veilig werken is voor jou een absolute prioriteit. Je waakt over veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften Je geeft het goede voorbeeld op de werf en zorgt voor een veilige en gestructureerde werkomgeving
  • Je volgde een technische opleiding in bouwkunde, (elektro)mechanica en hebt 5 jaar relevante werkervaring op zak
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
