Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je neemt de leiding over een team van zo’n zes collega’s en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking

  • Bij technische of operationele storingen zorg je voor een snelle en efficiënte oplossing, en denk je actief mee na over verbeteringen
  • Je bewaakt de veiligheid en kwaliteit, en weet je team op een motiverende en positieve manier aan te sturen
  • Bij voorkeur heb je al leidinggevende ervaring in een productieomgeving
  • Zo niet, kan je enkele jaren stabiele ervaring als operator kan voorleggen
  • Om jouw team te kunnen aansturen kan je Nederlands spreken en schrijven
