WerkTalent Ploegleider Productie 2-ploegen Giessen Je gaat werken bij een productiebedrijf in de procesindustrie met ruim 100 collega's in Giessen. Het bedrijf ontwikkelt innovatieve producten en focust op kwaliteit, veiligheid en duurzaamheid. Je werkt in een open, collegiaal team van technici en operators en krijgt kansen om je te ontwikkelen via opleidingen. Het bedrijf investeert in moderne technieken en stimuleert nieuwe ideeën. Veiligheid en persoonlijke groei staan centraal. Functieomschrijving Als Ploegleider Productie stuur je een team van circa 40 medewerkers aan binnen ons productieproces van hybridekitten (mengen, afvullen en verpakken). Je zorgt ervoor dat machines, mensen en materialen optimaal beschikbaar zijn en dat storingen snel worden opgelost. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een veilige werkomgeving en voert regelmatig veiligheidsinspecties uit. Samen met jouw team werk je aan het behalen van productiedoelen en kwaliteitsnormen. Daarnaast coach je medewerkers in hun ontwikkeling en stimuleer je verbeteringen in het productieproces. Ook speel je een belangrijke rol in continu verbeteren, met focus op veiligheid, efficiëntie en methodieken zoals Lean en 5S. Functie-eisen Wat breng je mee? - Hbo werk- en denkniveau en minimaal 5 jaar productie-ervaring - Sterke analytische en organisatorische vaardigheden - Ervaring met Lean, 5S en TPM - Een Green Belt certificaat is een pré - Bereidheid om te werken in een 2-ploegendienst (06:00-14:30 / 14:30-23:00) - Eigen vervoer naar Giessen Arbeidsvoorwaarden
