Ben jij een leidinggevende die duidelijk communiceert, graag tussen de mensen staat en een ploeg naar een hoger niveau wil tillen? Voor een productiebedrijf binnen de voedingssector zoeken we een ploegleider die verantwoordelijkheid neemt over een team van ongeveer 25 medewerkers. Je combineert een sterke people-aanpak met technisch inzicht en zorgt ervoor dat de productie veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning verloopt.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je stuurt een ploeg van ongeveer 25 medewerkers en uitzendkrachten aan en zorgt voor een duidelijke taakverdeling.
  • Je bewaakt de productieplanning en ziet toe op veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie.
  • Je volgt storingen en afwijkingen op en schakelt met de technische dienst wanneer nodig.
  • Je volgt KPI's zoals OEE, productieverliezen en grondstoffenverbruik op.
  • Je spreekt medewerkers aan waar nodig, begeleidt hen en zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie.
  • Je signaleert knelpunten en werkt samen met je collega's aan concrete verbeteringen.
  • Je rapporteert over de dagelijkse werking aan de productiemanager en zorgt voor een goede overdracht tussen de ploegen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt ervaring in een productieomgeving en bij voorkeur in een leidinggevende rol.
  • Je beschikt over technisch inzicht en begrijpt hoe productieprocessen en machines werken.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, besluitvaardig en durft moeilijke gesprekken aan te gaan.
  • Je bent hands-on, rechtvaardig en weet medewerkers op een positieve manier te motiveren.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en behoudt het overzicht wanneer de productie niet volgens plan verloopt.
  • Ervaring binnen de voedingssector is een pluspunt.
