Als Ploegleider Productie in Kesteren ben jij degene die het overzicht bewaart en een team van ongeveer 12 medewerkers aanstuurt. Als Ploegleider Productie ben jij de schakel tussen de productieplanning en de werkvloer. Je vertaalt de weekplanning naar een duidelijke dagindeling en zorgt dat jouw team van lijnvoerders, operators en productiemedewerkers precies weet wat er moet gebeuren. Daarbij houd je rekening met de personeelsbezetting, beschikbare materialen en de capaciteit van de productielijnen. Maar leidinggeven is meer dan alleen de planning bewaken. Je bent regelmatig op de werkvloer te vinden, begeleidt medewerkers en helpt hen verder in hun ontwikkeling. Ook voer je functionerings- en beoordelingsgesprekken en zorg je voor duidelijke werkinstructies. Ondertussen houd je de kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en veiligheid scherp in de gaten. Loopt een proces niet zoals verwacht? Dan duik jij in de OEE-cijfers en efficiencyresultaten om te ontdekken waar verbetering mogelijk is. Je controleert productieorders en kwaliteitsregistraties, stemt af met andere afdelingen en denkt actief mee over hoe de productie slimmer en efficiënter kan. Zo zorg jij niet alleen voor een goed draaiende ploeg, maar ook voor een productieafdeling die zich blijft ontwikkelen.
