Ben jij de gedreven leider die met passie een team weet te motiveren en onze productie naar een hoger niveau tilt?

Als Ploegleider Productie zorg je ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt bij het verpakken van onze heerlijke maaltijden. Jij speelt een cruciale rol in de dagelijkse productie en werkt nauw samen met de productiemanager en andere afdelingsverantwoordelijken om de productieplanning perfect uit te voeren en het productieproces te optimaliseren.

Dit houdt onder meer in dat jij:

- Een team van 4 lijnverantwoordelijken & 1 pasteurisatieoperator en ongeveer 15 polyvalente medewerkers aanstuurt en coacht.

- Continu op de werkvloer aanwezig bent en samen met je collega's de voortgang van het productieproces bewaakt en bijstuurt waar nodig.

- De productie- en personeelsplanning voorbereidt, opvolgt en bijstuurt.

- Zorgt dat de medewerkers weten wat van hen wordt verwacht door onthaal, opleiding en begeleiding van hen op de werkvloer

- De kwaliteit en veiligheid van de producten waarborgt door regelmatige kwaliteits- en veiligheidscontroles uit te voeren en risicosituaties snel en adequaat in te schatten.

- Samen met de productiemanager en HR de evaluatiegesprekken van de medewerkers uitvoert en opvolgt.

- Rapporteert aan de productiemanager.

- Leidinggevende capaciteiten: jij weet hoe je een team inspireert en motiveert om samen de beste resultaten te bereiken.

- Technische kennis en/of affiniteit, met een talent voor planning en organisatie.

- Een hands-on mentaliteit: je handelt proactief en lost problemen op nog voor ze ontstaan.

- Een teamgerichte instelling, waarbij je helder en efficiënt communiceert.

- Twee ploegen werken.
