Ben jij een zelfstandige en daadkrachtige leidinggevende die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt? Voor een voedingsbedrijf zoeken we een ploegleider voor de vaste nacht die de productie zelfstandig in goede banen leidt. Je stuurt een ploeg van ongeveer 25 medewerkers aan, houdt het overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat problemen snel en doeltreffend worden aangepakt.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je organiseert en coördineert de dagelijkse productieactiviteiten tijdens de nacht.
  • Je stuurt ongeveer 25 medewerkers en uitzendkrachten aan en zorgt voor duidelijke afspraken.
  • Je bewaakt de productieplanning en ziet toe op veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie.
  • Je volgt storingen, afwijkingen en productieproblemen op en schakelt de technische dienst in waar nodig.
  • Je volgt KPI's zoals OEE, verliezen en grondstoffenverbruik op.
  • Je motiveert medewerkers, geeft feedback en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je signaleert knelpunten en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen.
  • Je rapporteert over de nachtelijke productie en zorgt voor een correcte overdracht aan de andere ploegen en de productiemanager.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur als leidinggevende.
  • Je beschikt over technisch inzicht en hebt interesse in machines en productieprocessen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en durft beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en weet medewerkers op een rechtvaardige manier aan te sturen.
  • Je blijft rustig bij storingen en onverwachte situaties en zoekt naar praktische oplossingen.
  • Ervaring in de voedingssector is een pluspunt.
