FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor onze klant te Tielen zijn we op zoek naar een Ploegverantwoordelijke op de inpakafdeling.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Leidinggeven & coachen: je motiveert je teamleden, volgt prestaties op en bouwt mee aan een positieve werkcultuur.
  • Productie opvolgen: je waakt over het vlotte verloop van het inpakproces en grijpt in waar nodig.
  • Kwaliteit & veiligheid: je ziet toe op orde, netheid, CCP’s, CP’s, reinigingsschema’s en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Personeelsbezetting regelen: je zorgt dat de juiste mensen op de juiste plaats staan en springt bij waar nodig.
  • Communicatie: je bent het aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer en schakelt vlot met collega’s van andere afdelingen.
  • Technische opvolging: je signaleert storingen en werkt mee aan verbeteringen.

PROFIEL

Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van een team, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
  • Je bent hands-on: je leidt niet alleen, maar helpt ook mee als dat nodig is.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en flexibel, werken in een tweeploegensysteem is voor jou geen probleem.
  • Kwaliteit, veiligheid en teamwork draag je hoog in het vaandel.
