The posting

Manus groeit en zoekt een voltijdse ploegverantwoordelijke logistiek-circulaire economie voor één van onze klanten in Willebroek.

Sta je graag in voor het begeleiden van een ploegje van medewerkers? Word je enthousiast van werken met mensen met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt? Kan jij ervoor zorgen dat de opdrachten tijdig en kwaliteitsvol afgewerkt worden? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Deze taken behoren tot jouw takenpakket:

  • Je begeleidt een team (doelgroep)medewerkers op de werkvloer.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan jouw werfleider.
  • Je werkt zelf 100% mee op de werkvloer!
  • Je coacht je arbeiders en werkt actief aan hun arbeidsattitude op de werkvloer.
  • Je communiceert met de klant op de werf.
  • Je bewaakt de timing en kwaliteit van je werf.
  • Je zorgt dat de opdrachten tot een goed einde worden gebracht. Deze opdrachten bestaan onder meer uit orders verzamelen, magazijnwerk, sorteren van metalen aan de band, rijden met een elektrische transpallet en met een heftruck (wij voorzien hiervoor de nodige opleidingen).

Daarnaast heb je nog een aantal algemene verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je houdt steeds het algemeen belang en de toekomst van Manus als bedrijf in het achterhoofd.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de beperkte dagelijkse administratie binnen je eigen team.
  • Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor de orde, netheid en infrastructuur van de vestiging.
  • Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid op de vestiging en de werkvloer.
  • Je zorgt voor tevreden klanten en onderhoudt je klantencontacten.

Je bent onze ideale kandidaat wanneer je

  • Met plezier je werkdag start om 8u en eindigt om 16u30. Vrijdag werk je tot 14u30.
  • In het bezit bent van een diploma middelbaar (technisch) onderwijs en/of enkele jaren ervaring hebt.
  • Graag werkt met mensen met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt.
  • Zorgt voor een eerlijke en open communicatie.
  • Flexibel bent.
  • In het bezit bent van een (handgeschakeld) rijbewijs B.
  • Een echte doener bent.
  • Stressbestendig bent.
